I took this picture in Edinburgh, Scotland, in June 2006. Interesting alteration of the statue’s meaning or purpose by using a cone that came from the nearby construction site. Also, this picture was taken in the early afternoon, meaning there was plenty of time for a city worker to remove the cone, yet it remained.
